BHA is hiring a highly motivated student intern to support the team! Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the BHA Team, the Summer Intern will support active housing development projects, corporate operations, finance, accounting and administrative functions.

During the internship, you will gain exposure and practical experience in:

• Real estate development processes and project planning

• Municipal approval processes and development applications

• Market research, feasibility analysis and project budgeting

• Preparation reporting materials for management and board
